• AZ Kidz Experience 2026 Fundraising Prize Drawing

  Official Rules & Regulations

  1. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States where permitted by law.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Additional restrictions: Entrants must meet all federal, state, and local legal requirements regarding eligibility to possess or register raffle prizes.

  • Void where prohibited by law.

  2. How to Enter

  • Entries may be obtained through donations made to AZ Kidz Experience.

  • Donation Levels:

    • $50 Donation = 1 Entry

    • $140 Donation = 3 Entries (Save 6%)

    • $225 Donation = 5 Entries + FREE Gift (Online Purchases Only)

  • All entries must be received by January 24, 2026 prior to the drawing.

  3. Prizes

  Grand Prize: 2024 Can-Am Maverick Sport Max-DPS 1000R

  • Winner is responsible for all costs associated with prize acceptance, including but not limited to tax, title, licensing, registration, insurance, and pickup in Arizona.

  • No cash substitution is permitted.

  Second Prize: $25,000 Gift Certificate for services from Demers Glass, LLC

  • Valid toward any services provided by Demers Glass, LLC.

  • No expiration date.

  • Only valid for services performed in Arizona.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  Third Prize: Custom-Built AR-15 in 5.56 caliber (16” barrel, slim line hand guard, enhanced trigger & bolt carrier, LPVO sight)

  • Prize will be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Winner must be legally eligible to own and possess the firearm.

  • If the winner fails the background check or resides in a state where possession of this firearm is prohibited, the prize will be forfeited. No substitution or cash redemption will be offered.

  4. Drawing & Notification

  • The official prize drawing will take place on January 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM during the AZ Kidz Experience event in Bouse, Arizona.

  • Winners need not be present to win. If not present, winners will be contacted by phone or email using the information provided at entry.

  • Winners have 90 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture.

  5. General Conditions

  • All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranties or guarantees by AZ Kidz Experience.

  • Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any additional costs associated with the acceptance and use of prizes.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of AZ Kidz Experience.

  • By accepting a prize, winners grant permission to AZ Kidz Experience to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  • AZ Kidz Experience reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules.

  6. Legal Compliance

  • This raffle is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

  • Void where prohibited.
