Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our upcoming AZ Kidz Experience events! Our mission is to unite Arizona's incredible off-road, UTV, and outdoor communities to bring joy, adventure, and vital funding to the children receiving care at Phoenix Children's.
Our vendors play a massive role in making our jamborees and trail rides unforgettable for the families who join us. We canβt wait to showcase your business!
Our Vendor Attendance Policy
To ensure a vibrant, packed, and successful event for our attendees and fellow businesses alike, we have implemented a Vendor Commitment Deposit program.
In the past, empty vendor spaces from last-minute no-shows have detracted from the overall event experience. To protect the integrity of our vendor layout and guarantee a fantastic turnout, we require a small deposit to secure your space.
How It Works:
- π The Deposit: A $100 refundable deposit is required on a per-event basis (plus a small non-refundable credit card processing fee) to lock in your vendor booth space for each specific event you attend.
- π At the Event: When you show up, set up, and participate in the event, your commitment for that event is fulfilled!
- π Your Choice at Check-In: Upon arrival, you can choose one of two options for your deposit:
- Receive a full refund via check: We can issue your $100 refund check directly to you at the event, or have it mailed out to you within 1 to 2 weeks following the conclusion of the event.
- Donate your deposit: You can choose to donate the $100 directly back to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit to further support the kids at Phoenix Children's.
Please Note: Deposits are strictly non-refundable for vendors who do not show up to the event or cancel past our load-in deadline. Thank you for helping us keep our events organized and impactful!
How to Register & Secure Your Space

As soon as your checkout payment is completed, your space is locked in! Your vendor details will instantly sync over to our master roster spreadsheet, and our event team will follow up with layouts and logistics closer to the event.
